Healing our Inner Self
Qigong simply means to cultivate and work our Qi,
that is, our Vital Energy.
Through some simple Qigong exercises,
I will introduce to you, the Principles of Qigong.
I will show you how to release your stale Qi, and gather fresh Qi,
allowing it to become unified within and throughout your body, helping
with your Wellbeing, providing you with the Strength and Vitality, we all need.
By becoming Mindful of practicing gentle Qigong stretching movements that engage our whole body, we shall promote deep slow breathing, creating a Meditation in Motion.
This will promote the flow of Qi from nature to within and throughout our body, improving co-ordination, flexibility and circulation, benefitting all our bodily systems and organs.
I have learnt and practiced Qigong Forms, passed on by Qigong Masters, for the past 25 years, encompassing Dayan Qigong, Shibashi 18 Form Tai Chi Qigong, and recently Zhineng Qigong. Together with my accumulative Qigong knowledge and my passion for the Practice I would like to continue my informal introduction to the values and health benefits of Qigong to you all.
