DIGESTION AND DIET WORKSHOP
We’ll learn how to work out what we should be eating as an individual, and about the herbs and spices to improve our digestion and reduce inflammation. We’ll look at Irritable Bowel Syndrome IBS, as it is so common , and so easily treatedby ourselves with diet and simple, accessible, safe herbs.
