A one year training in Yoga and Mindfulness with Melanie Willsher and Dr Pema Clark
This experiential yoga and mindfulness training, will explore how a deeper sensory understanding of yoga, can help us develop our ability to pay attention to ourselves in the moment. The course will be spent in guided yoga practice with Melanie, interwoven with Buddhist meditation and yoga with Pema.
