5 hours of yoga daily, freshly prepared vegetarian lunches and suppers, and time for a local or coastal walk.

There are plenty of local places to stay nearby, and you are also welcome to camp in the hall field, with the use of an outside shower room. 

Each day sessions will be from 10 am to 12:30 pm and 4 pm to 6:30 pm.

The cost for the 3-day weekend is £245. 

A non refundable deposit of £60 would confirm your place, and the balance is due a month before the weekend.
