Katsura and Melanie welcome you to the rich, transformative practice of Authentic Movement. Our exploration of mindfulness, spontaneous expression and movement will continue from the summer solstice onwards.
We will guide you into this form of moving meditation, based on the relationship between the mover and the witness. In these afternoon workshops through mindfulness in movement, you will learn how to track your inner sensations and feelings, spontaneous movement expression and moments of stillness, while moving in the presence of two witnesses.
During movement sessions, there will be time for you to reflect, draw or write in your journal.
