Inspired by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli, we explore our relationship to gravity , moving with lightness, fluidity and grace. Freeing the spine and the breath , we will explore different ways to maintain, or restore, normal human movement. This means asking the spine to turn, flex, extend and side bend. Sometimes in flow, noticing how we’re feeling and moving, or simply still and resting to find support through our bones and the floor.
