Morning yoga workshop with Melanie
FREEING THE SPINE We will explore different ways to maintain, or restore, normal human movement. This means asking the spine to turn, flex, extend and side bend. Sometimes in flow, noticing how we're feeling and moving, or simply still and resting to find support through our bones and the floor.
Melanie runs weekly classes in her studio in Aylsham , and weekend workshops and retreats in Norfolk. Melanie has been studying the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli for over 20 years. She also teaches Authentic Movement.
