ROSEN METHOD BODYWORK AND YOGA 

FINDING OUR GROUND

Louisa Turner is a Rosen Method Bodywork Teacher, Practitioner and Physiotherapist. Drawing on over 30 years experience of bodywork, she will be facilitating paired touch exercises, to help deepen our self understanding of how we are holding our bodies, and responding to one another. Awareness of our physical and emotional self helps us gain a deeper experience of the postures and attitudes we habitually bring to our daily interactions.  Louisa brings her 25 years experience of meditating and her practice as an ordained Buddhist. 

Melanie Willsher teaches an approach to Yoga inspired by Vanda Scaravelli. This Yoga is subtle and sensitive, supported and guided by the breath, the earth and the awakening of the spine. Rosen Method bodywork complements and nourishes the Yoga. Both approaches invite us to discover for ourselves, a more natural and easeful way of working with our body.
