A day of yoga and meditation in the quiet space of the Aylsham studio. We will look at understanding more deeply and playfully how we temper our practise to what is best suited to our physiology, to help us become more embodied, at ease and well.
We will explore, question and find how this works for you. We will develop Balances slowly, and with quiet stability, looking at how we connect to the floor, and how the upper body responds to the grounding, with lightness and freedom.
